Writing With All Five Senses - Live From the International Food Bloggers Conference #IFBC
Lemons are being passed around for a little exercise in writing with all five senses.
Participants are asked to describe the way a lemon looks as if to someone who has never seen one. Some of the description are quite poetic and some very funny. This ended with describing taste. Some examples:
"these are the softest needles I've felt on my tongue"
"far from shy"
"feels like licking a battery"
"a cool juicy burst of tartness"
"aggressive like food bloggers tweeting"
"my tongue is assaulted"
